To lose weight, you may refer some of the tips below:

    - Live a better life style, sleep early and wake up early. Our body’s metabolism revitalizing golden hours is from 11pm-2am.

    - Perform at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday. E.g. Jogging or walking in the park, use staircase instead of lift.

    - Reduce or not smoking at all and reduce beer or liquor as it is the main “material” to build a “beer dummy”.

    - Clean your inner organ with the “natural brush”- vegetables and fruits. Takes more vegetables and fruit help to clean the intestine and it provide important vitamins to improve body’s immune systems.

    - Balanced diet everyday. Low fat, low sugar and less salt as salt is the main culprit that “locks” water and fat in your body.
